PropLadder — Privacy Policy

The short version
PropLadder does not collect any data about you. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you do in the app stays on your device, and nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
What we collect
Nothing. PropLadder has no servers and no backend. We do not collect, receive, store or transmit any personal data, usage data, device identifiers or analytics of any kind.
What stays on your device
Your journey progress, choices, in-app conversations, documents, lessons and settings are saved locally on your phone so the app can resume where you left off. This information never leaves your device, and we have no access to it.
Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no cloud copy and no way to recover it.
Purchases
PropLadder Pro is an optional one-off in-app purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see or receive your payment details. To recognise your purchase across reinstalls, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous purchase receipt supplied by the store. That receipt is not linked to your identity by us, and it contains no personal information you have entered into the app.

Links to other sites
The app links to GOV.UK and other official sources so you can check the facts behind what it teaches. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we have no control over them and receive nothing back when you follow a link.
Children
PropLadder contains no objectionable content and collects no data, so it is safe for all ages. It is written for adults learning about buying property.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete. You remain in full control: uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
Not advice
PropLadder is an educational simulation. It is not financial, mortgage, legal or tax advice, and it makes no personal recommendations. Always consult a qualified adviser, broker or solicitor about your own purchase.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date above. Since the app collects no data, any change is likely to be a clarification rather than a change in practice.
