Common questions

Does PropLadder need an internet connection? No. The app works entirely offline. It only opens a browser if you tap a link to GOV.UK to check a figure for yourself.

Is my progress saved? Yes — on your device. Each journey remembers exactly where you left off, along with its conversations, documents and lessons. Deleting the app deletes all of it, and there is no cloud backup.

What is PropLadder Pro? An optional one-off purchase that unlocks five advanced journeys: Remortgaging, Buy-to-Let, Second Homes, Buying in Scotland and Buying in Wales. There is no subscription.

I bought Pro but it isn’t showing. Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchase. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with the store you purchased from.
