What you can expect from TripSheet, and what TripSheet does not promise — especially about travel information.
Agreement
These terms are between you and Jay Depala (a UK sole trader). By using TripSheet you accept them.
They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
TripSheet is a planning tool, not a travel authority
TripSheet does not guarantee entry to any country, personal safety, health suitability, or that any information shown is complete, current or correct.
Checklist suggestions are a practical starting point generated from your own trip details. They are not a legal, medical or immigration requirement list, and they are never complete.
Where TripSheet links to official sources such as FCDO travel advice, entry requirements or NHS travel health, it is pointing you to that source. It does not interpret those rules for you and does not determine your eligibility to travel.
Always verify requirements with the official source and your travel providers before you book and before you travel.
Money and expenses
TripSheet records who paid and what is owed. It never moves, holds or transfers money.
Currency conversion uses a rate you enter yourself. Balances are a record of your own entries, not financial advice or an account statement.
Your content
Your trips, journal entries, photos and documents remain yours. We claim no ownership.
You are responsible for having the right to upload or share anything you add, and for what you choose to share with collaborators.
Do not use TripSheet to store passports, identity documents, payment card details or detailed medical records. It is a travel planner, not a secure document vault.
Collaboration
When you invite someone to a trip, they can see the trip content that is shared with collaborators. Journal entries you keep private are not shared.
Invitations join as view-only. As the trip admin you can grant editing, change roles or remove access at any time.
Anyone you invite can see the trip while they have access. Only invite people you trust.
Free and Premium
The free tier lets you keep one trip you own at a time, with unlimited trips over time as you complete or delete them. Trips shared with you by other people do not use that allowance.
Premium is a one-off purchase that unlocks unlimited trips and the advanced features described at the point of sale.
"Lifetime" means for the supported life of the TripSheet app and the set of features described when you bought it. It is not a promise that any particular third-party service, or any future feature, will exist forever.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled under their policies, and you should request them through the store you bought from.
Availability and liability
TripSheet is provided as-is. Core features are designed to work offline, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed travel, denied entry, or costs arising from relying on information in the app rather than the official source.
Ending your use
You can stop using TripSheet at any time and delete your account and data from within the app.
We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or other users, or where use breaks these terms.
